Step 1: Lie on your belly with your legs extended and your arms folded in front of you.
Step 2: Pull your belly button in toward your spine. Inhale as you lift your arms up off the ground until you feel your back muscles tense.
Step 3: Exhale and squeeze the buttock muscles while holding this position for a few seconds.
Step 4: Lower back down to the starting position.
This exercise will target your lower back, buttocks and hamstrings. Start with 3 reps and build up to 8.
TIP:
Sit down when you eat. This will force you to focus on your meal, not the ten other things you are trying to do at the same time. You will feel more satisfied mentally and physically. Not to mention you will remember what you have just eaten, and that can help prevent you from making poor choices later in the day.
